The Realtor

 

Since becoming a Realtor, Andrew has consistently maintained a multi-million dollar sales volume, increasing his production annually. Being a full time professional, he sells an average of 3-5 units monthly, and has listed and/or sold property from Anna Maria Island to south Venice. He prides himself on his knowledge of the local real estate market, and his ability to help his Local and referral clients nationwide. Andrew has the expertise to fulfill your expectations.

 

The Instructor

 

In his real estate career, with Merrill Lynch, Prudential Florida Realty, Key Club Realty, Michael Saunders & Company, Andrew Vac Realty, and RE/MAX, Andrew has trained newly licensed associates in all aspects of real estate, goal setting, self-motivation, and time/stress management. Andrew has taught the Sarasota Association of Realtors Orientation Program since 1990 to all new licensees joining the Association.  Being a Dale Carnegie Instructor and with his motivational seminars, he has assisted thousands of individuals in leading a more productive, fulfilling and successful life. He has also taught the Realtor Graduate Realtor Institute Program course, Sales and Marketing since 1992, assisting many realtors in their endeavors.  He feels his avocation as a teacher has greatly contributed to his success as an individual and as a Realtor, which has enhanced his customer service and satisfaction.

 

The Community

  

Locally, he is involved with the community, as past President of the St. Armands Resident Association and past President of the Longboat Key, Lido Key, St. Armands Keys Chamber of Commerce, past president of the Sarasota Association of Realtors and current President of the St. Armands Circle Association.

He also serves as a Director on the boards of many local and state charities and community organizations.  Andrew believes in giving back to a community that has supported him since 1980, and feels his connection with these groups has established another source of important and affluent clientele.

The Individual

 

Born in Athens, Greece in 1952, Andrew was educated in Athens and in West Virginia, where he graduated with a 3.20GPA achieving a BSBA degree in Marketing and Accounting. He has resided on St. Armands Circle since moving to the area, and currently resides on Longboat Key. He enjoys reading, oil painting, water sports, and especially sailing. Previous to his real estate career, he owned and operated restaurants in Greece and West Virginia and was an independent marketing consultant, helping others to achieve their business goals and aspirations.
